Second round table

Throught the implementation of the Project „Healthy aging and Dementia – Better life“, a second Round table was organized on the subject of Dementia, with attendants such as psychiatrists, neurologists and their expert associates. This round table was attended by more than 30 experts from the mentioned fields and the subjects covered were: „Advancements in treating Alzheimer’s disease and tips for treatment of persons with Dementia“, „Genetics of Dementia“, „Risk factor for vascular Dementia“, „Languages in Alzeimer’s“ and similar.
The Round table was held in the Hotel „Srbija“ in Vršac and lasted from 20th to 22nd February 2020. On the last day of the Round table, a tour of the diagnostic facilities of the SHPD Vršac was organized, as well as of the construction site of the new department being built and intended for treatment of persons suffering from Dementia.

Promotional conference

Following the implementation of the Project „Healty aging and Dementia – Better life“, a Promotional conference of the project was organized on 21st February 2020. The conference took place in Hotel „Srbija“ in Vršac and was attended by medical experts, journalists and other interested parties. For the purpose of promoting the project and the Interreg-IPA Cross-border Cooperation Romania – Serbia Programme, a statement to the press was given by the Project manager, dr Tatjana Voskresenski and by the Resita Hospital representative attending the conference, Mr. Silviu Tinca. Both partner representatives spoke about the project’s activities and implementation progress.
